• Billing and payment information (processed through Microsoft Azure Marketplace — we do not store payment card details directly)

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of New Vision Security LLC, our customers, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website prior to any such transfer.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Query data and generated reports are retained for a period of 90 days after generation unless you download and save them.

Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 60 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which provides enterprise-grade physical and logical security controls. We implement additional technical and organizational measures including:
